Dave mate, I know you are passionate about films and all that, but remind me of Homer Simpson in that epiosode where he becomes a food critic! Dude YOU'RE A CRITIC!
Christ man, I'ver never heard anyone use the terms 'game of the year' or movie of the year' or even 'better win an oscar or I'm gonna...' as much as you. You like everything so much, and that's nice but a little perspective is needed perhaps.
Oh and If you try to argue you're case, I'm gonna accuse you of getting defensive!

Have you not listened the last few weeks shows Will? It has been a depressing period of weeks and weeks with average movie after average movie. Nothing great, nothing shit, just one mediocre film after another. It's been forever since I was blown away by a movie like I was by A Prophet. I have no idea where you are getting your point of view from :/<o:p></o:p>

You have a point though, Lately you have been down on a few movies. Avatar, Darksiders etc, you just have a positive perspective but I was not criticising you, its a good thing, I was just taking the piss.

Ahhhhh, I remember now - the tweet I wrote where if you slagged off then try and defend yourself you get called 'defensive' by the very same people. Annoys the fuck out of me. <o:p></o:p>
You have to remember that for Sonic's Ring I will tend to watch / play / read stuff that I suspect I will like in the first place. Part of the reason I started SR was just to document the stuff I was doing anyway and I don't generally go out of my way to do shit stuff with my spare time. As such, I will generally be positive about the majority of stuff on the show. I have tried ratcheting the excitement down a bit and Ross and Iain keep me in check ;)<o:p></o:p>
